If you do not use the 40 minutes in the first instance, you have 12 months to utilise the balance, or you can have a credit for some other item in the shop on this web-site. 

Coachees normally dial Ian on 0419 593 167 although we do have a land line in our Melbourne office and in hotels in other places.  Skype is also available.

Face to face coaching is available by arrangement. 

The minimum fee for face to face coaching is $198 and is for 80 minutes.

Additional face to face coaching in the same session is at the coupon rate of $110 for 40 minutes, billable in 10 minute increments.
